Refund Policy

We want GreenlightGo to be a fair deal. If the product is not right for you, here's how refunds work.

Monthly plans: You may request a full refund within 7 days of your first charge if you have not exceeded fair-use messaging limits in a way that indicates heavy use of the service.

Annual plans: You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. After that window, refunds are prorated at our discretion for unused months.

To request a refund, email hello@greenlightgo.com with the email on your account. We aim to respond within 3 business days.

Chargebacks without contacting us first may result in account suspension. Talk to us first — we will work with you.
